Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

4th yoga class this week: sore but happy.

Some days I find German bureaucracy quite incompatible.

First day on the job!

This artist just cracked $1M on her $100,000 kickstarter. Amazing and inspiring! Is crowd-sourcing replacing big labels as music industry standard? As Nicholas summed up so eloquently: “Do it yourself and fans will pay for the cool shit and still lift you on their shoulders”

My new art deco digs come with clawfoot bathtub, record player + vinyl collection, typewriter, trumpet, stained glass window and a bunch of friendly neighbours.
I love living in other people’s apartments!

Canada, we finally meet!

The best birthday present.

Kreuzberg. 1 May 2012.

What a May Day! Great crowd, incredible atmosphere. Danced in the sun, rain and under the stars at open airs all over Kreuzberg.
Plus my tiny hat is now “influential Dutch fashion” :)
